Nicole Rieth – Office Manager and Escrow Coordinator
After growing up in Georgia and Michigan, Nicole moved to San Diego in 2011. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University School of Engineering with a BS in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management. She begins her Masters program in the Fall of 2017 to pursue a concurrent MS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA. As Office Manager, Nicole makes certain our office is open 7 days a week and functions smoothly. She handles the day-to-day operations and troubleshoots any problems that may arise. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, fitness, and flying home to Michigan to see her family.
DaShea Leija – Marketing Director & Listing Coordinator
As Marketing Director for Team Chodorow, DaShea places listings in the multiple listing service, sets appointments to show our properties, and supervises the work of the Team’s professional photographer. She also produces property brochures and places our properties in print media and on various web sites, giving us a dominant presence in the San Diego area. DaShea Leija, a San Diego native, is a graduate of Serra High in Tierrasanta and went on to study Art History and Business Administration at USC. She then completed her Master’s in the History of Art and Connoisseurship with an emphasis in Fine and Decorative Art in London with Christie’s Education/University of Glasgow.
Nathan Cho – Weekend Coordinator
Nathan Cho grew up on the shores of Honolulu, Hawaii and moved to San Diego 11 years ago. Currently pursuing a degree in Business and Communication, Nathan is attending his third year at San Diego State University. In addition to maintaining a 4.0 GPA, he is also a representative of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and a Skills Development Basketball Trainer. He plans to further pursue a career in luxury real estate and is very passionate about the beautiful and diverse properties that San Diego has to offer.
Maryl Weightman – Agent
Maryl Weightman grew up in Texas and attended Texas Christian University. From living in La Jolla for the past 24 years, Maryl developed a detailed understanding of the community. She began her career in corporate sales and real estate development, where she developed exceptional negotiating skills and a talent for analyzing the potential for specific properties to appreciate in value. Maryl is a member of St. James-By-the-Sea, where she serves on the Real Estate and Health Ministries committees, Altar Guild and Daughters of the King.
Monica Leschick – Agent
Monica Leschick grew up in La Jolla and graduated with honors from UCSD with a BA in Communication. She has a Master’s in Education from UCSD as well. Raised by parents who owned an art gallery on Prospect Street, Monica has a deep appreciation for art and culture. She has studied in Spain and lived in Paris. Her professional experience includes sales, business management, marketing and advertising, as well as freelance writing for San Diego Metropolitan Magazine and North Park News. Monica has an extensive background in sales management and client relations, where she excelled as a result of listening carefully to clients and using effective communication and negotiation skills, qualities that are certain to provide her clients a significant advantage.
